Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. "The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company."
