This would have been very helpful since the appointment was for my elderly mother, unfortunately I never received a call. The plumber was very courteous to my mom, he removed the existing toilet, went and picked up a new toilet and installed it all within a couple hours. I was a little shocked at the high price. But my mom was satisfied to have a working toilet again."
