Lance had to take out my commode to remove the toilet bowl brush from my drain. He made sure everything was put back and caulked around the toilet then cleaned up everything to make sure it was spotless before he left. Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! I would love to say I’ll be calling them again, but the way our toilets are working, I’m not sure I’ll need to be calling again anytime soon😊 unless someone really does a number on one of the toilets!
