However, had to deduct a star because did not follow instructions by taking a tv mount down from a cinder block wall which will cost me money and grief to put back on. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible.
