New pump, new underground pipes, new everything. Came out good in the end. Sprinkler system is pretty nice and my lawn is finally getting some water. Their guy did cut through several underground cables, which, if they asked, I could have told him where the cables were. But they covered the cost of getting everything fixed so it worked out fine.

When I bought my home some 7 years ago, I inherited the sprinkler system. Throughout the years, I did some minor tuning up until I did a major landscaping home project. At this point, I tried to ensure that the sprinkler system was up to speed. To my dismay, it was so much up to speed that when I received my first city water bill, it was close to $900.00! From this point, I prayed for mother nature to take over :-( Recently, I got the itch again to beautify my lawn. My Dad recommended that I get in touch with Joe from "Keeping It Green". Joe is very responsive, knowledgeable and patient. Joe and his team pointed out the errors in my current set up, we re-piped, re-zoned and I opted for the Rachio system. I purposely waited to receive my first true city water bill since installation and I am pleased to say it is only $50 more; keep in mind, this first month was aggressive as we ran 2 schedules for part of the month so I am absolutely pleased. As for the Rachio system, it is super easy to use and intelligently knows to skip schedules when necessary. Keeping It Green is a great company if you are looking for great service and reasonable pricing.

Owner's name is Joe Galang. I got his information from a neighborhood group after two previous estimates, the first one I discarded for being unprofessional and the second one obtained through Angies list with great reviews but unfortunately I did not hire them because their estimate on the low four digits seemed excessive to me and they were trying to push an annual maintenance plan that I did not think was necessary. It would have cost me the same I ended of paying to KeepingITGreen for the entire repair including a broken pipe. So my third choice was Joe Galang and KeepintITGreen and they were amazing. Their estimate was to the point, professional and more than fair. On the agreed date they showed a little late due to a previous job taking longer than expected, but went straight to work. They even found a broken line that they explained was robbing the system of pressure. So they fixed it. They even left without collecting their payment but billed me later through email giving me a convenient way to pay on line if I was satisfied with the job which I was, so I gladly did. My system is now working great without breaking the bank. Joe was always polite, open minded and concerned on providing good service and quality work all at a more than fair price.
