Omar showed up at the time agreed to and fixed the problem, now I can open and close my fence again. WE were very happy with Omar's professionalism as well as the quote for the job. "Estimated by text/e-mail ignoring the 2 paint colors I identified with supporting photos. When the technician came out and reported back to the office that I was expecting 2 colors per my text string, they upped the estimate by close to double. I changed the order to pressure clean and seal, but tech was not prepared to remove the well water stain first. I offered the stain remover I had, but his reply was, " we don't do scrubbing". So I got down on my hands and knees and did the best I could with the chemical I had left. After it dried, the remaining stain is more prevalent that before. If they can't complete this level of work to satisfaction, hiring them to paint would no doubt be a total disaster. My suggestion, go with someone else. Worst service experience ever!"
