He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

"I’ll start out by saying that our floors look great because of the installers and demo folks . The owner of the company and her project manager are the most combative and difficult people to work . They were not solution oriented and instead kept bragging about their other successful project . We had to be our own quality control on what planks were being laid . Would never recommend them!"

"Through the Woods is one of those companies that makes you happy you chose them. They are very good people, extremely dedicated to their craft and left us with a fabulous update to our home. The owner, Chris personally worked with us throughout the process. He actually stained our stairs and was very patient with us as we struggled a bit to determine just which colors we wanted to highlight. He did not pressure us, and quite frankly was fine with us making modifications on more than one occasion. This job required us to move all of our downstairs furniture into storage and while we did a lot of this ourselves (actually my wife did all the work), their crew was very efficient in the larger pieces moving them safely out, and even more importantly, moving them back in. They took so much care of our items, it alleviated so much stress and concern that I had. During the two week process of demolition and then laying the floors downstairs and upstairs, they always showed up on time, let us know what was going to be done that day and the upcoming days, so we always felt part of the process. When they needed our input on things like direction and centering, they got us involved very early on so things didn't slow down. This was a lengthy process, but I am very glad that we chose Through the Woods. I would highly recommend them. The floors we chose are beautiful and will last a very long time. It's added so much value to our home and updated the look to something we are very proud of."
