Trademark Garage Floors

Joe and his crew did an excellent job on our garage floor. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, kept us informed during the process, and what to expect now that the job is finished. It was obious they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we received a quality product. We plan to have them back to cover our entry and lanai in the future.

I highly recommend Trademark. Communication was excellent, they were able to work around my schedule and the finished product looks great. The crew that was onsite was very professional and courteous. A++++

We just had Trademark Garage Floors epoxy coat our garage and bathroom floor at the Mx Track. We couldn't be more pleased! The owner Matt was extremely personable, sensitive to our specific needs, and quite frankly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use these guys again in the future AND will recommend them to all of our friends, family, and clients. I highly recommend them!

Old stained and dirty-looking garage floor was transformed into a fresh terrazzo-looking floor in about 5 hours. Spectacular result - could walk on floor 2 hours after completion and park car on it the next day. Trademark Garage Floors was easy to work with. Great people. Great product. Great price.

Kevin, our salesperson, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He didn't waste our time but took the time to answer our questions. His quote was fair and honest which is more than I can say for some of their competitors. One company started off $2,000 higher than the price they end up at after 30 minutes of "conversation" and they still didn't meet Kevin's number. None of that nonsense with Trademark Garage Floors. A fair price for a fair job. The install team showed exactly when they said they would and they went right to work. Our 3-car garage floor was completed in under 7 hours and we could walk on the floor in about an hour. Our cars were back in their home after 24 hours. Trademark Garage Floors completely transformed our ugly and damaged garage floor to something to truly be proud of. What a fantastic transformation.

Excellent employees and process from start to finish. All the employees at this business are excellent including the office staff and the employees performing the work. The floor is beyond nice. All the cracks and surface imperfections are gone. This is a seamless beautiful finish. The only painful part is emptying the garage. You can place most items back in the garage within 2-3 hours after the job is completed and the autos after 24 hours. The floor in the garage is now as nice as all the other floors in the house. Before it got so hot outside we were going out in the garage and setting just to admire the floor:) This family owned business has been located in New Port Richey for many years.

Trademark crew showed up on time and worked several days to complete my project. They were polite, worked as neatly as possible and cleaned up at the end of each day. The garage floor workmanship is excellent, the once-painted driveway and sidewalks look like concrete again.

The salesman/estimator arrived on-time, did a great job of explaining my options and made some good suggestions on materials and color. The 3 men doing the application showed up on-time, were pleasant and cared about the quality of their work. Time between acceptance of quote and actual application was a couple of weeks due to their busy schedule. My garage floor looks terrific!

PERFECT! I am VERY picky and hoped they would do it as good as if I were doing it myself, and they did!

They come in and do your garage floor in one day. They've got some products that the heat from your tires won't come off the concrete, they've got really nice equipment and they don't leave a lot of dust as they have to lay down the concrete. The price is based on the size of your garage. My garage is 950 square feet and it was $4000. It's a very good product and it's guaranteed for life on the floor and a number of people have had these floors now for many years and they're an excellent company. They are very responsive, they have a nice product selection, customize the color on your floor and they make it look like marble. It's a high breed epoxy and it's not the typical epoxy. So, it's a very good quality and you get it all done at the end of the day and that's what I liked about it.

They worked for about 11 hours and did a fantastic jobs. I wouldn't be surprised if they are the best in the Tampa Bay area.  I was very happy they were able to get the job done before I moved everything in.  Kevin Sweet, their contact told me what would be done and was very professional and knowledgeable.  Tom, Rob and Mike worked very hard and did a fantastic job.

I joined Angie's list just so I could post this review to warn others about this business!
It took me two weeks to get on their schedule to have my garage floor repaired and I had an appointment set for 9 AM on a Saturday.
An employee called me at 7:30 AM and requested to arrive at 8 AM. I explained that we had company in town and small children whom were still sleeping and to please arrive at the 9 AM scheduled appointment time.
Two minutes later the owner, Mark Plum, called me SCREAMING " how dare you tell my employee not to come to your house early! Who do you think you are?!"
I explained that we had a house full of sleeping children and he yelled "SO! SO! So what we need to come out early!"
I was completely shocked at how terribly he was speaking to me. I told him to cancel the order and I would no longer be using Trademark Garage Floors.
I'm writing this review so this does not happen to you! I was pretty shaken up and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through.

He was able to order cabinets for my garage that fit my low ceilings.  
Everything was done on time and installed professionally.  I liked that the cabinets were made locally

Excellent job.  They were very accommodating when we needed to change the work date.  The workers did a outstanding job and all of my friends are envious of my new garage floor.

Trademark crew of three arrived on time and refinished my 3-car garage and storage closet with the polyaspartic Sparta-chip floor system.  It was completed in one day.  The crew did a very professional job and left the garage and closet neat and clean.  I am very happy with the results.  It was a  pleasure to deal with this company.

Kevin Sweet was responsive to initial contact, promptly provided written quotation and quickly responded to subsequent calls. When weather prevented application on original date, Robert called to advise and went out of his way to ensure work could be done the next day.  Vicki in the office also maintained good contact.  Four man crew arrived promptly, explained in detail what was to be done, and proceeded to do very high quality work. Their well equipped trailer included all necessary tooling, including power generation.  When job was complete the entire work area was cleaned, including the drive where vehicle had been parked.  The finished flooring looks outstanding and definitely will add to value of home.

A crew of 3 showed up at the appointed hour, removed the larger, heavier objects that required more than 1 party to lift, and, over the course of 8 hours, stripped, sealed, colored, and, resealed my garage floor.  The crew did a really fine job.  Although the floor was fit for parking after 24 hours, it looked so good that I couldn't bring myself to park on it for 72 hours.  Several neighbours stopped by within a few days, and, the reaction, to a man (or woman) was, "I want this floor!".  And, it was explained to me by the crew how to retain it, and, how to seek repair under the warranty should I happen to drop a heavy object that would chip it.  Heaven forbid.  I hate to dirty it up by walking on it.  I'm thinking of having all visitors leave their shoes in the driveway.  Although the price was a little steep for my budget, I had the money on hand, and, would gladly do it over again.  And, it helped me rid myself of needless clutter in the garage that would have detracted from my beautiful floor.  Seriously, I'm thinking of putting up a sign at the gate that says, "Wipe your feet before coming in the front door, or, take off your shoes if you come through the garage".

Went fast and great. Perfect job done.
