"I appreciate your feedback, I really wish that this install had gone better for you. When we left you seemed pleased with the way the job turned out, so I'm really sorry about your concerns above. I am going to express in a few words my view of the comments above. About the ripped paneling in the one closet, we did see it prior to installing the floor there. Whoever installed the plywood in the hallway caused that small rip on the paneling just inside that closet, we noticed that as we were laying the floors going into that closet. It was such a small area that I didn't feel like bringing it up to you. Unfortunately the paneling and moldings in most mobile homes are very fragile and damage easily and that's what happened there. The door molding was scuffed a little when we tried to undercut it to fit the floor there, and again very fragile molding. We did use a marker to blend it in and you saw when it happened, so we didn't hide it from you. The piece at the entrance of the closet was not a mistake nor did we cut any corners. The last full board with the clicking system ended a little short in comparison with the rest of the boards ending at the closet entrance, so to keep a straight line across the front of the closet we cut a small piece and snapped it in place. That small piece is attached to the previous board and its not just laying there loose. The way the plywood was installed and where it stopped, didn't allow me to put a bigger piece there and you won't be able to install a closet door over it anyway. Also, when you called initially I did tell you I have a minimum charge of $475 for these small jobs and that if you used a credit card it would be and additional 3%. After talking to you a couple of time on the phone, and you decided to hire me, I asked for your address and realized It was over an hour and thirty minutes away from my location so I spoke with you about adding $25.00 more for gas and travel time and you agreed to it the day before I went there to do the install. The 3% was still going to be added because of the card. So, I'm not understanding your discontent with the amount we agree upon before I initiated the install. I left your home confident that we had accomplished the install to the best of our abilities with what we were working with. Thank you!"
"HI, we appreciate your honest feedback. As with all our clients we strive to do our best in terms of quality and over all satisfaction. From time to time, we do run into some situations where a client purchases an inferior product or a close out product which has been sitting in a hot warehouse for awhile, which for Engineered wood is not ideal. Upon Installation there is always a possibility that the boards are warped (which in this case they were) and do not sit flat as we install them. We do try to put weight on top as we install them but the chance of hollow spots are there. It doesn't mean we did a poor job or lacked in quality, It just means having to work with such products these things are bound to happen. As was stated above, we returned and injected the spots to resolve the problem areas. Was this an ideal situation? Not really. but it's the quickest and simplest way of taking care of the issue. No matter what did in this situation, with the type of product that was installed, some minor issues where always a possibility. Thanks again for your business."

"Hello, I am pleased that you are happy with the outcome. These projects when there is rip out aren't always the cleanest but, we try our best to contain the mess. After your project was completed it completely changed the entire ambiance, there is definitely better flow in the main area of your home with [Member Information Removed] breaks and now just one type of flooring which opens up the space. Enjoy your new flooring! Thank you for your business."
