"After weeks of interviewing other contractors who were charging an excessive amount we came upon Bryan. We submitted to him the job outline via email who provided an immediate response and quotation. He then came out to the job site and increased his estimate by $300 due to material he would need to purchase to remove popcorn ceiling install the "knock-down" ceiling. Bryan showed up on time on each occasion, had complete access to the unit and performed the work within the estimated time while performing additional task without cost not included on the original job outline. He was very professional, insisted on being paid at end of job which lasted 3 weeks. This was a labor only job, yet he purchased about $600 worth of material and did not insist on immediate reimbursement. These attributes makes a big difference as the property which is beach front rental is about 1 hr. from where we live. All the task perform were executed well. We will definitely use Bryan again."
