Had an upstairs lighting fixture that suddenly stopped working. He tested my existing ceiling fixture and found that the ballaster had blown out. They installed a new flushmount light fixture I had already purchased and packed the old fixture in the light box.

Murphy electric came to install a new light fixture in my kitchen. I had an old fluorescent tube fixture in a wooden box on the ceiling, so the tech removed that fixture and moved the wires so that the new fixture would be centered over the kitchen island. He checked the height of the fixture with me and completed the work nicely. We bought an Angie's list deal for $99 for $200 worth of work, so all told it cost about $240 to have the fixture moved and installed ($99 deal + $140).

It went very very well. The electrician was able to remove old fixtures and install 3 new lighting fixtures in quick order, including installation of a large lighting fixture. Very helpful and friendly.

Replaced 4 exterior light fixtures provided by customer as well as installed 4 missing junction boxes to support fixtures.

Found the problem to be a simple one of cleaning the fixture when I thought the fixture had to be rewired.

Courteous and professional, he was able to quickly repair the damaged wiring I uncovered when trying to replace the light fixture by myself, installed the new fixture, checked my work on another fixture, replaced a light switch with a dimmer switch, and replaced an additional hall light fixture. We have used CET for several years now and they remain our go to electricians.

I had to have them come back because of segments of the light fixture not working properly. They discovered there was a piece of the fixture missing; they fixed it using some improvisational techniques and it's working fine.

The two service technicians knew exactly what need to be done and went to work right away once I showed them the fixtures and where they need to go. The outside lights required a 20+ foot ladder which I informed the company about during the appointment scheduling. It took them a total of 45 minutes to get the two outside fixtures plus the LED fixtures up and running. The inside fixtures posed a little problem due to the stairwell and the height of the ceiling. After deciding which of the two longer ladders they had would be the right one for the job, the fixtures were installed quickly. The only hiccup was they needed one of my ladders for one of the fixtures because their ladder was too long and the other one was too wide. All in all, they were quick, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about their jobs.

The two electricians who came out - Jason and his assistant Layton - were professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Jason knew exactly how to change the bulb in our brand new hanging kitchen fixture - a tricky job that had baffled even the manufacturer's customer service rep. The company was extremely helpful and accommodating: When they put in a new bedroom fixture and we found that it didn't provide sufficient light to the room, they were able to adapt our old fixture to work better and switch the old fixture back in.

Had server light fixtures replaced/ installed. Two people showed up and completed replacement of 4 ceiling fixtures and one bathroom vanity light. One was a more experienced electrician and did a good job making the light fixture fit over the vanity, had to make some adjustments and the other man installed ceiling fixtures in the hallway and closet. Very pleased with the work - professional and courteous.

Brian skillful completed the job in about 20 minutes. It was reassuring to know the new LED light fixture was installed correctly and there were no other wiring concerns related to the old light fixture, which tripped the circuit breaker.

Everything went great, with electrician showing up on time, quickly accessing two issues, and returning the following day with the new light fixture when it was determined the old fixture was broken. Very happy with the work.

Fletcher arrived on time and went straight to work in the basement removing old light fixtures and replacing with new ones. He was focused and completed the basement lighting rather quickly considering he had to remove old florescent lighting fixtures x 3. and then install 3 new florescent fixtures plus 2 ceiling fixtures. He also replaced a light fixture on the deck and repaired a wall receptacle. He was knowledgeable and courteous while working in my home. Fletcher even offered to vacuum the basement floor where some particles from the ceiling had fallen while taking the light fixtures out. Prior to Fletcher going out to do the work I had a conversation with Mike who owns the company. He was very accommodating with my scheduling needs. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend this company.

They were first grade. The overhead lighting florescent fixture in my kitchen gave out. So, they came out and made a recommendation that I use a new fixture of incandescent type. They made the recommendation even though they didn’t have any interest in it. They could have fixed the old one, but they suggested the new fixture for my long-term benefit. It worked out terrific. They were the nicest and the most responsive people I had met. The work cost me $130. I bought the fixture myself. Today, the new fixture looks terrific; it looks better than the old fixture. It is very efficient and luminous. The guy, who I dealt with directly, was great. He sent out great youngsters to do the work. I have decided to use them as my electricians in the future.

They came on time. Explained to me everything that needed to be done before they got started. Told me the type of light fixtures they were using and installed the light fixtures.

The paint around the ceiling light fixture was not complete, several paint splatters were discovered on another light fixture, and one of the internal laundry doors needed the second coat.

We had a great experience with this company. David showed up on time, understood quickly the work we wanted done, and worked diligently for 4 hours. After he finished replacing all the old light fixtures and replacing with new fixtures, he showed us where we would need to fix the drywall and paint. Some of the light fixtures were smaller than the previous fixtures. The owner also came by our place to check on the job and make sure we were happy with how the work was going. It was very nice to have her come by.

I contacted Absolute Electric to obtain an estimate for electrical work on light fixtures that were no longer operating. I left a message and Sean (the owner) contacted me in a timely manner. In our original conversation I told him that I was calling various vendors to obtain estimates. He was very straight forward and informative. In our second conversation we discussed my issues in detail, afterwards Sean suggested that I purchase light fixtures before his visit just in case the issue was with the current fixtures. I followed his advice and upon his arrival he determined that the problem was in fact the old light fixtures. He replaced the light fixtures in a timely manner and I am happy with the results. He was also very respectful of my home.
