Don and his partner did a wonderful job installing my wall mounts and large screen smart TVs for me. They were on time with their arrival and we're very punctual and efficient with their time to complete my installation needs. They even installed a new ceiling fan I purchased recently, which they did a great job on as well. Totally recommend them for any home entertainment installations needed as well as their security solution that we will be looking to do in 2024.

The technician was there to make a sales call only, trying to sell his own security system. Not interested in my problem

"Unfortunately, some people want the impossible and only hear what they want. When you have a 30 year old system with failing cabling you are left with no choice to omit that opening or rerun wire with minimal damage and higher cost as opposed to update equipment and uses modern wireless sensors that check in on system. Unfortunately whoever you are you can not warranty or make any guarantee for future false alarms with other sensors. Your system is at its life and time to invest a little and get a lot. I completely meet your needs but under no circumstances am I going to recommend an unmonitored system or even know what wireless auditable"

Excellent customer service and no BS sales tactics. Don Costa was clear to their offerings and pricing just how I like to do business. So, Don did most of the install with the help of his assistant Malcom and again we couldn't be more happier with both of them and the peace of mind now that our new home is professionally protected by Vector Security. Def would recommend these guys! TP
