Great work

The electrical work done was satisfactory. However, I called to request an adjustment to a fixture after having all of my electrical work done by the company and was told I would have to pay an additional service charge and labor. The owner’s wife told me over the phone that she would send an electrician when one was in the area free of charge. I called to follow up on the appointment and was told about the additional charge.

Excellent. Very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done, had all necessary tools and equipment on hand. Explained their work and completed it on schedule. Very pleased with the outcome and price was fair and billing was detailed. Already have them scheduled for another project.

Dan House did a great job. They were punctual and knowledgeable and we could not be happier. The finished product will serve us for years to come. They came out first to listen to what we wanted to do and then worked seamlessly with the gas company to get the job done.

As before Eric was Awesome. I was gone but my friend was here and he is the one that recommended DH the last time and praised our Eric again. The installation was professional ànd first class! Stephanie has also been professional and wonderful to deal with. DH is our electrician for life. Please tell Eric to get his back fixed. I know you will support him if he needs to take time off. All went well except the price. I asked for the fees up front, before service. They told be there rate and fees. They were reasonable, so I hired them. The technician was prompt and did good work. When he gave me the bill, it was $100 more then expected. He charged me for travel time. Maybe that's normal, But I was not told that when I asked for charges.

Quality of work was good. Communication and pricing expectations was poor. The numbers that were communicated upfront for the statement of work did not accurately represent what we were billed. When I called and spoke with their representative she continued to argue with me and acted very unprofessional. No concern for the customer or accountably on their part for not setting proper pricing expectations. I would not recommend. Treat your customers better if you want to retain them or gain new business.

He has a good price. I shopped around. This is the second or third year he has done it. I do it every 6 months. I do it at the beginning of the hurricane season and at the end of the hurricane season. The workers were good, no problem. They did replace the generator so they put in a new generator too so they have basically done everything with the generator for the house.

Excellent!!! Eric came out and found the problem quickly and removed a 30amp breaker and replaced it with a 60amp. Now everything is working perfectly. Thanks for showing up on time, finding the problem and fixing it quickly. More importantly, thanks for being honest.

This is the second time we have used Dan House Electric. They get top marks for professionalism, quality of work, and as a bonus, friendliness. The prices are very fair and they give accurate estimates. Couldn't imagine using anyone else for electrical work. Highly recommended.
