"This company does not do conscientious work. Chris seems to be more concerned with getting to his next call than spending the appropriate time to solve issues. Their work is sloppy because they do not do important things like re- taping plenums when they work on them or diagnosis beyond the 20 minutes they want to spend in your home. They do not ensure things are properly working. According to them everything is normal when you know it is not despite pointing out multiple issues when they arrive. All they worry about is taking pictures and videos to cya. They do not follow through and do a complete diagnosis and rush through hoping the problem will go away. And when the issues gets worse or they cause more problems they deflect and blame it on something else and gaslight you. Diagnosing via text is a thing now I guess. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess. 27 days later it is an ongoing problem and still broken and they will not respond. "

I described my issue and he was able to provide a rough estimate of what the work would entail. We scheduled an appointment that was within two business days. I received multiple automated updates on the appointment, and the day of, Luke called about 30 mins in advance. To my shame, I hadn’t had vent serviced in over 20 years of residence .
