Every member of the team, from Florintine who manages communications, to the 5-person cleaning team, are consistently professional, hard-working, and dedicated to quality work. The team arrives on time (with a text message to confirm a precise arrival time). They are in and out quickly, but not too quickly. Cleaning is consistent from visit to visit (always excellent), which is something we did not experience with other local companies over the years. Up Cleaning has been cleaning our home for three months now. We plan to continue their service indefinitely."

"They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks."
