Bosley Roof Cleaning was referred to me by my neighbor who had their roof cleaned. I hired Bosley Roof Cleaning to pressure wash house and clean roof. They did an amazing job. Communication was excellent from receiving estimate, to time of arrival and after work was completed. Very happy with results.

Quality levels slipped from last time he did the job, about two years ago. At that time he walked on the roof and use plastic garbage bags to collect soap and bleach used to clean roof. This time he didn't , The last time he cleaned the roof he removed roof debris from trees this time he didn't

Our tile roof was really dirty. It had not been cleaned in 3 years. We got a quote from 4 companies. Joe came out personally and gave us a quote for soft wash cleaning. No pressure. We scheduled a day for the job. He said they would be out between 10:00 and noon. They arrived at 9:50 and started immediately. One person cleaned the roof and the other one hosed down the bushes. Great job!!! I wish I had taken a before picture. Joe does have a maintenance program which we will probably take advantage of. I would definitely recommend his service.

The company showed up on time, were neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained how to care for the landscaping if the cleaning chemicals injured them. I did get some shrub damage, but they recovered quickly. Price indicated is for both the cage and roof projects.

It went very well once I had an appointment. They came at the time they said they would. They cleaned the driveway and pavers very nicely and cleaned up any mess. It looks great! However it took a while to get them to call me back: I put in a request on their website and got no response and then I called back twice before they contacted me. But, again, they did a great job!

We entered into a contract for Bosley to do various pressure cleaning at our house for a monthly fee. He did the roof, patio, driveway and pool enclosure screening. Another project was the windows. He uses a pressure cleaner with some chemical that is supposed to dry spot free. Not the case, the windows were spotty and looked terrible. He came back and did it again with the same result. He blamed it on the chemical and said they were looking at different chemicals. By the way he didn't do all the windows, he skipped the rear windows and sliding glass doors on our patio. The roof cleaning result was fine however we lost two plants due to the chemical he uses to soft clean the roof. We watered the plants as he directed after the cleaning but still lost two plants. The other projects were completed in an OK manner.
He's very inflexible, forget about changing an appointment or service for that month (we had a monthly service agreement). Called this morning to switch the date for our dryer vent cleaning since we would be away and he basically told us that was what was scheduled for this month and he wouldn't change his plans or date of service. He told me to read the contract which gives him total control of the time and services to be rendered. The contract is one thing, being a good business man and respecting your customers reasonable service requests is another. It's his way or the highway. We chose the highway.
I wouldn't recommend his monthly service contract deal. Pay for the services you request which allows you greater flexibility in scheduling the work.

"Customer did not read the contract and understand it clearly. The contract states that Bosley will choose the time and the service that will be provided each month. This monthly program is not a cleaning program it's a maintenance program we have several accounts in this neighborhood and we come in in one day and we do all our monthly accounts in that neighborhood on that day this customer from the very first month did not allow us to pick the service or the time for 6 months he chose what he wanted done instead of letting us do it according to the contract I was as flexible as I can possibly be for 6 months but there's always so much that you can do I do have other customers besides him. The monthly contracts provides up to 50% or more off on your pressure cleaning I have several accounts and customers are extremely happy with this monthly maintenance program but as you know you can't please everyone especially those that think that they can pick and choose what they want when they want even though there is a written contract that he signed agreeing to allow us to pick and choose when and what would be cleaned. But that's why we have contracts to protect us from situations like this so unfortunate but it has to be done."
