"Had a pan roof replaced that had been there for 20 years. The new roof is composite . The 2 installers were prompt and on time for the 5 days it took to complete this project. They worked straight through and seemed to never take a break . It was 95 degrees outside each day! The reason for the B ratings are that the price was a little high as far as my expectations. We did have to wait 4 months from the time contract was signed to the time they started. I am glad they are busy! We had a subsequent leak in one of the panel seams and they fixed it promptly and has not leaked since this posting. I would use Housman's Aluminum again. They do quality work!

"Our project was a kitchen renovation. We chose D.C Construction because of all of the good ratings they've earned. From the beginning to the end, working with Harley, Cynthia, and the entire crew was a very positive experience. With any remodeling projects there are some issues that come up; old buildings are not perfectly square or level. We changed our mind on one of the cabinets, changing a base to drawers instead of a door. Harley had suggested drawers in the first place, but I insisted a door would be more flexible for my needs. I was soooooo wrong; we returned the door base and replaced it with a drawer base. Harley and Cynthia took it all in stride, even though it caused more work for them. The vendors that they work with were also very helpful and professional. If any problems came up, they were very good at making things right. That kind of service comes from building good relationships, over the years, with their subcontractors. Finally, the crew was an amazing group of guys; they were here on a daily basis. they were highly skilled at their crafts, professional, timely, and courteous, They worked hard the whole time they were here. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. In summary, I would highly recommend D.C. Construction for any remodeling or building projects. Our project finished on time and within budget. Our neighbors took a tour last night and loved the layout, the quality products, and the fantastic workmanship. "They ran into a problem with my house that was hidden behind an existing gutter that they showed and explained to me. This prevented them from completing the task the first day, but they did as much as they could. After having a general contractor fix the hidden issue, CJS Aluminum came back out and worked around brand new landscaping that had been installed in the interim without damaging it. Very professional!

"Delay in installation, but that was no big surprise. They installed the wrong color; ordered bronze and they put in black! Due to the delay of install, we had them contact the HOA for approval, we could not approve without that. Fence installed, but it took 3 days! Not really customer friendly. I would not recommend, nor would I have them install a fence again.
