"I found Charlotin plumbing through Angi's list after I had a horrible experience with a very large, national plumbing company. I had a toilet that was backing up into my bathtub and none of the drains were working in the entire home. I was contacted almost immediately and Ricardo, the technician, came out immediately (within 1 hour) for an inspection. Ricardo was AMAZING. He was kind, understanding, and obviously expert at what he does! He told me the quote that the previous company had given me was ridiculous and, long story short, cleared ALL of my drains and pipes and they are working perfectly. I would recommend Charlotin to anyone who is in need of a highly skilled, and very reasonably priced/fair plumbing service. Thanks, Ricardo!"

"The minutè that I sent my request on Home Advisor, I received a call from Bernie at Brodway Plumbing. I was interested in having a new hot water heater installed. Bernie explained the process and cost. He was very understanding and patient with me because I was very reluctant to make the down payment over the phone. He gave me several options until he gave me one that I agreed to. Bernie had a technician at my house same day. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the installer because he was equally as professional and knowledgeable. He had my new hot water heater installed within the hour. He also taught me how to drain the tank once a year. I would definitely use them again. They were a pleasure and reasonable."

"Tom replaced my kitchen faucet and two bathroom faucets and did an absolutely excellent job! He was extremely professional and the cost was much lower than what I expected! While here he also took care of a slow drain with my master tub and it now drains perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing needs!!"

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.
