Bernie explained the process and cost. He was very understanding and patient with me because I was very reluctant to make the down payment over the phone. He gave me several options until he gave me one that I agreed to. Bernie had a technician at my house same day. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the installer because he was equally as professional and knowledgeable. He had my new hot water heater installed within the hour.
