"Rico was great. He came out the same day I spoke with him. Friendly, courteous and really knows what he's doing. If my drain ever gets clogged again, I would call him again. "We had a inspection done due to the house is in yhr middle of a sale. Inspection came back with the water heater wasn't installed properly and carbon monoxide reading we not safe. We had this installed a year ago from a handyman , that wasn't very handy at all. Anyway Carol read the report and took care of what was needed. He was very professional and polite knew what he was doing. I would have him back if I have another plumbing issue."

"Tom replaced my kitchen faucet and two bathroom faucets and did an absolutely excellent job! He was extremely professional and the cost was much lower than what I expected! While here he also took care of a slow drain with my master tub and it now drains perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing needs!!"

French Drains questions, answered by experts

You’ll likely pay between $300 and $450 to unclog your toilet with Roto-Rooter. However, the price could change depending on if the clog has caused a lot of damage, which your plumbing pro will want to inspect during your service appointment. Keep in mind that you won’t get a quote from Roto-Rooter over the phone. They have to send a pro out for an in-person cost estimate. You can also attempt to snake your own clog for a lot less, and simple drain snakes cost no more than $50.

Most clogs are resolved quickly, often within an hour. More complex issues requiring pipe disassembly might take longer.

Yes, frozen pipes can prevent a toilet from working correctly. If the pipes are frozen, water cannot flow, which means your toilet tank won't be able to refill after a flush. This will prevent the toilet from flushing again. Depending on which lines are frozen, the ice can also block the drain pipe, preventing water from flushing away.

As a temporary workaround, you can manually add water to the tank for each flush. To clear a frozen drain pipe, you can try filling the toilet bowl or tank with warm water and flushing to help thaw the ice. However, the best long-term solution is to unfreeze the pipes to get your toilet back in working order.

Drain clearing removes debris and clogs from drain pipes enough to allow water to drain properly. On the other hand, drain cleaning removes all of the material from the pipe so that water flows unrestricted, which is a longer-term solution. Your plumbing pro will be able to recommend the right service depending on the clog size, frequency of issues, and surrounding pipework.

DIY plunging or drain cleaning chemicals may help minor clogs, but professional hydro jetting ensures long-term solutions.
