Biggest disappointment was the proficiency of the subcontractors and the length of time it took (over 18 months). We had a large tile job and the quality of install was below DIY. Quality issues we found in the original install took multiple visits by the punch tech to address. The quality of materials and appliances was good - very satisfied. Alfred was instrumental in getting our stalled project moving again by being a vocal advocate for us with S&W leadership. Since we were not living in the home during the remodel, it felt like the job suffered a lack of priority at S&W. Be a squeaky wheel. If you choose S&W - stay involved with the choice of subcontractors and scheduling. ‘First available’ yielded subpar results."
