I hired this company for a large porcelain tile installation in my home that I had just purchased as well as a whole house painting and whole-house cleaning. Most of the porcelain installation work came out fine except that around places like in the kitchen where they did not finish it off. There are huge ugly gaps and messed up the grout. There are random places where the grout was missed altogether and somehow they managed to break a piece of my garden tub. The paint is a disaster. The painter got paint all in my grout in every room. When I initially told the owners of the company they said the house cleaners will remove it. The cleaners were not able to remove it. I then spoke to the owners again and they told me there was nothing further they could do but refund me $200. They said I would have to wait for the paint to wash out of the grout. Almost a year later and with plenty of washings I still have white paint stuck in my grout. I am going to have to pay much more than $200 to have this fixed by a professional. This is angering, especially when the cost of this job was in the 5 digit range plus I bought my own flooring materials. The painter was also very sloppy and got the paint on my tile too, which has not come off either. He got paint on my cabinets and personal items all around the house, there are even drips down the walls and some of the cuts are poor. I paid the cleaners for commercial cleaning and was assured I would be happy with their work. They left with dust and dirt everywhere still and said they were too busy to come back and complete the cleaning properly. While everyone I dealt with was nice, they showed up and they did work, this job was very very expensive and for the price I paid, it should have been pristine when finished. I am happy for anyone to contact me with questions because I have plenty of pictures and documentation of the job. They absolutely took my money and ran, which is crazy because I had more work for them in my home if they made it right, and, I am a realtor so I could have sent them business.

did not install Schluter edging properly, despite me showing them how. Did not cover concrete foundation to edge, as requested, left a naked 2-inch gap to the edge. did not slope the last row of tile for drainage as requested. These guys have poor English comprehension.

They did an excellent job with my master bathroom. Shower walls and floor, waterproofing, tiling, and finished quicker than estimated. Very happy with their work. Will happily hire them again in the future and recomend them for any job.

They did a great job putting in my tiles floors. Very clean workers left no mess. Everyday they were on time to start work. They will be remodeling my bathroom at the end of the year.
