"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."

"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! "We called them for a refrigerator repair. We guessed a compressor problem and told them so. They said compressors are the type of job they like. They asked for and was given the brand and model number of our refrigerator before they came out. They said they service our brand/model and said the visit would cost $149, to be applied to any repair. When the technician diagnosed the unit, he agreed it was the compressor. He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. So, basically, they stole $149 and our time in bad faith."

He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is"
