Friendly and professional, Elizabeth and her team arrive ready to work. They respond well to special requests and they are eager to please. We have a large house and they clean it every two weeks which takes them 2+ hours. Some rooms don’t need a complete clean on each visit so Elizabeth rotates them on each visit.

Elizabeth and here Team we’re fantastic! They were professionals, organized, conscientious and quite fast. Our house was a mess with dust from the painters everywhere! Elizabeth came to estimate the time necessary to the job, and then told us exactly what she was going to, and then did exactly that. I would not hesitate to use her again, and we plan to!

Elizabeth and her crew did a wonderful job, especially with the dusting and cleaning of the blinds. She also left some decorative pieces for the bathroom, which was very sweet. The only "negative" I had was that a few small items were missing, however, and I assumed accidently tossed in the trash. Nothing valuable but the wash cloth was part of a set of towels I was using at the time. Regardless, I would certainly hire Elizabeth House Cleaning again!

Elizabeth and her helpers, Letty and Lucy, are wonderful. They do a fantastic job with everything—cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing. After many months of Covid neglect they got the house in the best shape it’s ever been in in a matter of weeks and are maintaining it that way. Elizabeth is a delight to work with—pleasant, courteous, cheerful—as are the other ladies. She asks for feedback and then makes the necessary corrections. She and her crew are the best home cleaners I’ve ever had and I’m not young!

Phenomenal. I love Ms. Elizabeth! She and her team (Ms. Lucy and Ms. Letty) are the best. Definitely the cleanest out house has ever STAYED thanks to the weekly visits. Hair from our two dogs and cat is finally managed. Speaking of pets, no problem. Ms. E. and her team are experts around them (but my girls are pretty good doggies;). Definitely recommend. 10/10

Elizabeth came by and reviewed my home, providing a thoughtful recommendation on approach and estimate. Elizabeth is very pleasant and personable and called the day before the scheduled cleaning date to confirm. She and her team arrived on time and did a very thorough job, being considerate of our things. They cleaned over and under furniture as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by this initial deep cleaning and am continuing with a bi-weekly service. Based on this initial cleaning, I can highly recommend them!

Elizabeth and her crew were prompt, efficient, and professional. Best team thus far from Angie's List! She clarified upfront what areas I needed to focus on etc. And followed through. Elizabeth made sure I was satisfied before she and the team left. The house is sparkling! Elizabeth has been trying to get Angie's List to correct her website phone number for a week now to no avail. (The correction must be done at the Angie's List staff-end.) I would recommend persevering the tech website issues to get to Elizabeth. She and her work are worth the effort!

Everything went well. I was very pleased with the service and would hire them again. They vacuumed (including base boards), dusted, scrubbed the entire bathroom, scrubbed the kitchen (including the inside of the refrigerator), cleaned the windows, cleaned all my kitchen counters and cabinets and mopped the non-carpeted areas of my floor.

I use Elizabeth House Cleaning service monthly and love it (it's my favorite day of the month!). With a 14 month old and a cat I am always impressed at how clean Elizabeth and her crew make our house. They are very affordable, always punctual, and are very personable while cleaning. I cannot recommend Elizabeth Housecleaning highly enough. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. Elizabeth and her team .do a thorough job and my house sparkles when they are done. I have used other services where there were different people every time and I'd have to explain what needed to be done each visit. Elizabeth remembers the particulars and is great about making sure my cat doesn't get out (very important to me!) She's flexible and just a good person. The price is very reasonable, so I can't think of a reason to choose any other company!

Elizabeth came to my house to give me an estimate. After looking over the whole house an appointment was made for the following week on a Friday between 1 and 3. Elizabeth never showed up. No phone call or message cancelling the appointment. So much for reliability.
