"I had called and left a message requesting an estimate to have our porch screens replaced. I received a call back the next day and an appointment was set up for a representative to come in and quote us a price. He was on time, friendly and professional and answered all our questions. He took measurements, made suggestions and wrote out a reasonable quote which we accepted. He said the office would be in contact to set up a date for the work to be done in about a week. Due to a cancellation, there were able to get us in in a couple of days. Two workers came on the day of installation and in less than 2 hours had removed and replaced the entire porch screening and replaced the door handles and mechanisms. They caulked all open services and removed all debris. We are very satisfied with the work performed. The porch looks great and more bugs inside!
