They missed three scheduled appointments, with customer care telling me "they are on their way", "the truck didn't start", or "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" (never called). We only pursued this because we had already pre-paid for a so-called "maintenance agreement". Sincerely, if you want to run a small business, please do it correctly. We are "hooking up" elsewhere next time."
