"So far we have hired Armando and his crew twice, for a variety of projects. We have a lot of experience with handymen; I have owned over 40 rental properties, and have gone thru quite a few trades people over 30+ years. When I was younger I did a lot fo the work myself. I'm now older & retired, so I pays someone to do the harder jobs in my home; I no longer have rentals to worry about. The first day was sort of a test of the test of workmanship and prices. The second day had many more items on the list. He does excellent work quickly and for a very fair price. We are two older women and in later years we have experienced the "little old lady shuffle" as I call it. None of that with Armando. No BS, no price gouging, just quick, quality work and good prices. When presented with a challenge, he was creative in his solutions. If he couldn't do something, he was honest rather than doing an improper job (a quality I truly appreciate). He did numerous projects for us (including mainly electrical, mailbox installation, doorbell repair, caulking, installing grab bars, picture & mirror hanging, minor cabinet repair, cabinet installation etc).
