We saw Michael Young Land Surveying on Angie's List and gave him a call. His response was quick and after receiving an estimate for services, we asked him to schedule a survey of our property. Our home is in an HOA and we were getting some differing opinions about our property lines. It is such a relief to have this survey. And Michael was professional, personable and prompt in getting this to us.

Hired Michael back in 10/19/2016 for a border survey. Paid Micheal $225.00 for the survey. Called Micheal twice leaving voice messages. As of 11/21/2016 I have not received any survey documents. I feel like I was scammed. Update 11/22/16: Today I went and picked up my documents.

Mike was terrific to deal with. He understood what type of survey I was asking for, responded quickly, then gave an estimate and date for the survey. He completed the survey when he said it would be done then sent documentation via email.
His positive attitude, responsiveness, follow up and the cost for services have me highly recommending him. If then need arises for any type of surveying in the future he will be my first call.

Very east to work with - did almost everything through email which worked perfect for me.  Had another quote that I though was a little high.  His quote was within reason.  It was a challenge because the plot of land was undeveloped, but, he got it done so we now know where to take trees down!

The provider was friendly and professional. He preferred to schedule everything through email which made getting in contact with him a little difficult. He did however get copies (both hard and electronic copies) to me very quickly. Overall satisfied with the service and results.

There were no problems. I called them in the afternoon and they were out the next morning at 8 am. They completed the job the following day like they said they would. They got all of the surveying information to me. There were no hassles and they were prompt. It was fantastic.

Mike came on time and went to work right away. He got the job done efficiently and took his time explaining landmarks on the property as well as showing where our property lines were on the computer. We received a detailed report shortly after his visit. We were very pleased with his professionalism and would not hesitate to use his services again.
