"Five stars for Empire Builders & Remodeling. They built our entire home from the ground up on our vacant lot in Rotonda West, Florida. The project was handled professionally from start to finish. Vitaliy communicated well, handled the permitting process, stayed within the budget we discussed, and made sure the construction stayed on track. He was always responsive and straightforward whenever we had questions. We were especially happy with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the house. Everything came together very well, and they even finished a little ahead of our scheduled move-in date. We also appreciate that Vitaliy has remained responsive after the project was completed. It's reassuring to work with a builder who doesn't disappear once the job is finished. Overall, it was a very positive building experience. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
