We first got in touch with Michelle the property manager who really helped us find the rental we needed before we even moved to Florida from Illinois. When we were ready to buy a home she found the perfect house near Horton Park for us. I will definitely be using them again when I sell or buy additional property!

Everything went as well as it could possibly go for us after meeting with Fred & Tim over at priceless realty. 
With any home purchase there are always ups and downs but that's to be expected and there wasn't anything they did (or didn't do) that caused us any headaches. One thing that is really nice about priceless is that they have extensive knowledge of the area and also vendors in the area which can give you a better perspective on what a realistic expectation is based on your price point. Tim was our agent and communicated with us daily (yes,daily cause that's how annoying I can be) and took it all in stride even when I was being difficult. If we ever have the need in the real estate market I will definitely be giving them a call.

Fred was able to help us buy the property at a price lower than the asking price and we re very satisfied with the results.

Being from Chicago and looking to purchase a home in Cape Coral, FL Adrian did a great deal of work with me on due diligence and research around our needs and requirements for a home in Cape Coral. When we arrived in Cape Coral to look at the homes we selected look at Adrian was prepared had everything scheduled and made sure our time and expense that we dedicated for this long weekend was well spent. We ended up purchasing a home in Cape Coral and Adrian was fantastic assisting us with Homeowners insurance, inspector, landscaper and pool person that made our lives much easier in this process.
