"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. This experience was one of the best I've received in a long time! Great company, great people and great service!"

"They came out right away and explained what the issue was so we decided to take the package to have all lines cleaned. They work professionally and everything was working when they finished. They gave us warranty on the job and the plumber also cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend them a and I will continue to use them."

"I had a clogged sink for about a week, used all kinds of over the counter products nothing worked, even used acid...once I saw that didn't work, i contacted Bradford Plumbing and were in my house within 30 minutes.  The problem was solved within 30 minutes and was amazed with the price, i was actually expecting to pay way more considering the difficulty of the job.  I will definitely use them again if any problems should ever arise again."

"In 2013 They installed a new water heater in my house. Unfortunately last Saturday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later. We spent the whole 4th of July long weekend without hot water but in the Florida heat that was not a huge problem this time of the year. They showed up at the promised time. Actually it was a He. His name is Andrew. He inspected the unit and he told me what the problem was. He honored the warranty part that covered the unit and explained the why for the other charges to which I agreed. He went to work and replaced several parts explaining everything. Clean, fast and efficient. We have hot water again. My third experience with them and will definitively call them again for any future plumbing need. Thanks Andrew and Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. for continuing to provide great service."

"It went well But paid 500.00 out my pocket for whole thing I didn't expect to pay that much out pocket for a replace toilet. So if you used this company by your toilet at whatever hardware place and let them installed it because if not you going to wind up paying that price."

"When I first discovered a leak from my Kenmore dishwasher, I contacted the seller's service agency. The problem was completely misdiagnosed with a projected cost of more than $550. I turned to Fabio and his team when I couldn't get any follow up. Fabio identified the problem, took time to track down the part, and installed it slick as a whistle for less than $200. Guess where I'm turning if I have another problem. Thanks South Florida Appliance Specialist!"

"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."

"Generally all went well. They did arrive a little over an hour late but they did call to let me know. They didn't have the water sensor that came with the deal but did come back to install it at a later date. So all the work is complete and the unit works well.

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, it’s necessary to have a sink drain stopper. While your sink will still work without a stopper, a stopper is necessary to keep things other than water from going down into your pipes and potentially clogging them. It prevents plumbing problems by keeping out unwanted debris and objects like hair, soap, toothpaste, dirt, and jewelry.

If you know the job is going to be extensive (and you don’t like surprises), hiring a Roto-Rooter specialist may make sense for you. You’ll know how much you’re going to pay right away.

That said, hiring the best plumber isn’t solely about price. If you've worked with a plumber you trust before or have a list of plumbing services you need tackled at your home, working with a plumber might be a better choice for you.

If your kitchen is flooding, first turn off the water supply and electricity before entering the room. Next, focus on immediate flood control by cleaning up any standing water with a sump pump or wet-dry vacuum to prevent long-term water damage to your home. Open your windows and run any dehumidifiers you have handy. Finally, call a professional plumber to help find the source of the flood and repair it.

On average, it takes four to eight hours to install a pedestal sink. However, several factors will influence how much time it takes to install a pedestal sink, including:

  • A replacement will take longer to put in than a new install

  • The size and weight of the pedestal sink—a pro may need an apprentice for help

  • It will take longer to change the sink type vs. replacing the pedestal with a duplicate

Basic replacements can be done DIY, but professional services ensure proper sealing, leak prevention, and plumbing adjustments.
