"Spoke with Andre late Thursday afternoon. He quoted a price (several hundred dollars lower than other quotes) and scheduled me for the next morning. The representative, Dobrica, arrived early for the appointment. He checked the location to confirm adequate space for the new unit which was larger than the old unit and recommended a new shut off valve (the old unit was from 1994). He was very professional and his installation was top notch. It required major re-plumbing which he accomplished quickly. What amazed me the most is that the job was completed at the quoted price plus the cost of the optional shut off valve. I honestly expected some sort of additional cost to be added because some unexpected problems would pop up. "This is the second time I needed the services of Miami Emergency Plumbing.  This time a pipe started to leak behind a wall as a result of a nail being put through the pipe during installation of baseboards when house was renovated in 2013.  The nail rusted away and water started leaking.  Upon discovery, we called Miami Emergency Plumbing and within an hour, they located the pipe in the wall, capped the leaking pipe and stopped the water flow.  
The damage was pretty extensive and Miami Emergency Plumbing went above and beyond in order to minimize the damage, even going beyond the plumbing and taking care of carpentry work that ultimately prevented even more damage.   In order to replace damaged drywall, Miami had to return to remove the hot water heater and reinstall it a day later to allow carpenters access to the wall.
