"Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you feel your experience did not meet your expectations, and we want to clarify a few points. While the project did experience minor delays, our team completed the work to the specifications agreed upon. It's worth noting that the individual you later hired for separate work is the same team member who completed the work during the project in question. If you were dissatisfied with the quality of the initial work, it raises concerns as to why the same individual was hired again. Regarding the $1,000 in dispute, additional work was requested and completed, and while we acknowledge that it was not formalized in writing, we are simply asking for compensation for the extra services provided at your request. As for the issue with the granite countertop, we promptly addressed the damage and repaired it within a week. We are committed to transparency and quality in all of our projects and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns."
