I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."
