From the sales experience to the install, the people that we worked with were exceptional, professional and experienced. We purchased new screens as well as electric hurricane shutters and could not be happier with the end result.

Matthew Thibodeau was our salesmen and he was excellent. He explained to us all our options and had visual materials with him to help us pick the Hurricane shutters we wanted. He was on time and very professional. He gave us a very competitive price and started the process for us. High Wind Shutters was able to install the shutters without us being at our condo. We did not get to meet the installation crew but they did a fantastic clean job. I highly recommend this professional company and we are very satisfied with the whole job. Keep up the great work! Very professional on the phone and in person. Due to our work schedules entire home install was done on a Saturday, all day, and I never saw the guys take a break. Explained everything well, and cleaned up as they worked. Two guys did the install, and two others did the follow up. The only names I got were Joe and Mike, but all four were courteous and professional.

Went to facility in Fort Myers. All employees were friendly and proud to work there. Came when said - installed easy to use accordion shutters.

The company rep Jennifer worked hard to help us. Dennis, the tech was here on time and was professional. He finished the work within 1 hour and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company

We are very pleased with this company from start to finish. They just finished installing new windows through out our house and hurricane shutters on our lanai. Everything looks beautiful and they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend them, very friendly and reliable.

Absolutely excellent. Knowledgeable, intelligent, efficient, on time, etc. Everything good. I am going to set up a contract with them to do a yearly maintenance on my shutters.

These people are amazing! Bill made sure the job was done correctly and within two days. He and his brother were extremely polite. His brother even asked permission to smoke, outside! The office staff worked extremely well with the field people, her name was Jennifer. I have even signed them up for annual maintenance of the storm shutters. Cannot say enough about them and I highly recommend you use them. One shutter had come off the roller and the other was stuck in the down position. And the price was very reasonable.
