  My wife and I were both very pleased, it looks like new. Our main concern was all the pollen and moss that had gathered on top of the pool cage from the spring season. It was too tall for us to blow out or spray out ourselves. I called Kevin after seeing recommendations from local social media. He came out same day to give us an estimate and we decided to do it, including washing the entire pool deck. The entire pool area is sparkling clean. And he took very good care to keep as much dirt as possible away from the pool. He was friendly, fast and professional, and we're going to hire him again for our front walkway and driveway. My wife was also especially happy that all the spiders are gone from the trusses in the pool area

  <p>Save for a spill on one side, and a missed section of the lanai cage, the job was quite satisfactory.  My concern with them is that their advertising is not entirely truthful.  I contacted them again this November of 2015 as I need the driveway, walkway, pool cage and lanai pavers done.  The man that answered to phone informed me that they do NOT customarily do these jobs.  IF they come down for roof cleaning, they will as a courtesy address additional cleaning concerns, but not as a rule.  </p> <p>I got online and indeed they advertise that they do ALL types of outdoor pressure washing.  I called back and I had a lady answer the phone.  I gave her my little story about what I requested that seemed to be contrary to what their ad says they do,  and she informed me that they require a minimum $425. for a job.  She asked for my name and address, and she pulled  her copy of the job they did for me, and told me the cost for my driveway, walkway, pool cage, and pavers did not amount anywhere near the required $425. for them to accept the job.  </p> <p>Their ad is in the current issue of Angie's List and it specifically says they do ALL outdoor power washing, no restrictions or minimum dollar amount is indicated.</p> <p>This is fine, they can run their business however they want to, but they should NOT be advertising an all encompassing outdoor power washing service OR they should specify they have a $425. required minimum job!  I am no longer interested in pursuing further business with this company.</p> <p><br /></p> <br /

  He came back several weeks later and fixed a couple areas of the pavers that needed to be re-set to even them out. He had chipped several of the pavers while re-installing them so I suggested to him that he tell people before he starts that this might happen and secondly to advise them that he charges tax on his services

  I requested specific work to be done each time and my invoice was based on my requests. I am out of town most of the time and when I returned was very disappointed with what I came home to. I reviewed footage from my security cameras and saw that half the work requested (and I was billed for) was never done. My biggest request was to trim down new bamboo growth every time they mowed. It was never done, but was stated on my invoice. Pavers were to be sprayed for weed control. They never sprayed, only weed whacked over the pavers
