"I can't say enough about Tom. He is a master builder; his work is A+. Tom came back to our house multiple times to chase after little odds and ends that hadn't quite been finished. He got all the inspection done. Tom gave us a contract with exactly what he would do and a timetable for payments. We added items along the way and Tom always gave us a fair price. The most important thing is that Tom is as honest as the day is long. We do plan on hiring him again."

When a cabinet unit of our closet fell off the wall, other contractors wanted to rebuild the whole closet rather than rehang/repair the wall of drawers, shelves that came down. "His subs were not very good, especially electrical sub. Grading around shop is inadequate, shop floods in heavy rain. I will put in drains and a French drain which will correct the problem. Basic building is decent construction and looks very good."
