He got all the inspection done. Tom gave us a contract with exactly what he would do and a timetable for payments. We added items along the way and Tom always gave us a fair price. The most important thing is that Tom is as honest as the day is long. We do plan on hiring him again."

"His subs were not very good, especially electrical sub. Grading around shop is inadequate, shop floods in heavy rain. I will put in drains and a French drain which will correct the problem. Basic building is decent construction and looks very good."
