10/11/21 Ron constructed a structure to protect my pool equipment. My Lanai & Pool which is screened in, was built on a stem wall, with electrical connections outside of same. My coconut palm fronds when trimmed resulted in damage to same. Ron designed, constructed & installed a protective 2 1/2” marine wood box, with a sloped top to protect same. In addition, Ron ensured it would be accessible, should the need arise to service same. I would hire Ron again, without a doubt, quality from beginning to completion.

I highly recommend Ron with Coastal Concierge Enterprise! The dock repair and rebuild were done on time with updates throughout the project. He was extremely professional to work with and the finished product is beautiful!

Ron was extremely professional, went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Stayed in touch letting me know where the project was at. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The work was done well, with good materials, and once the work was started it was followed through with a couple of delays to completion. The work requirements were over estimated and the difficulty was under estimated. At this point, the customer relations issues stepped in. This was a straight forward facia replacement and he should have anticipated potential extra work since the roof had been replaced several years ago. He demanded additional compensation for the extra effort or he would stop the work in the middle of the project. During the entire project when asked about the status of the work, he was very defensive and curt. However, we did work out a new agreement (at an additional cost per foot completed) and the work was finished as originally requested. At completion and inspection, he requested his final payment as we had agreed. I proceeded to get his check and upon return discovered he had just left without a word. He also failed to do the final cleanup in his haste to leave. I felt his leaving was rude and it required mailing a check for his remaining balance. In summary, his work was very satisfactory but his customer relations skills were very deficient.

I called coastal concierge to come visit and have a look at concrete piling that were crumbling. He gave me a very reasonable quote, told me when he would be there, Arrived when he said he would. He constructed some very stout forms for new concrete surrounding the old. The forms themselves will be left in place in our indeed very decorative! I would be more than happy to recommend Ron! He was very neat and tidy, and a pleasure to do business with!

Ron evaluated the existing 40 year old bridge and quoted a new bridge using all marine grade wood and fasteners. His work was top shelf, on time etc,etc. He cleaned up after each work day.I observed him all six days it took to tear out and replace, Ron is an excellent carpenter/builder and was a pleasure to watch a skilled craftsman at work. He was excellent.

We had a project to reinforce an older awning on our dock where the support concrete was cracking and the steel was rusting. After one company said replace instead of repair and another company never came out to spec the project, I found Ron. He was out and called with a proposal the next day, told me his schedule, and delivered a fine job when he said he would. Very pleased to find him and will definitely call him about projects in the future!

Ron agreed to take on our job after it was partially done. We did not like the work done by the previous company. Ron's workmanship is great, he is here when he says and has finished the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for whatever you may need to be done.

Ron demolished my 30 year old dock, removed and discarded all debris and rebuilt the dock on the existing pilings. Additionally, he resigned and built new steps and benches. He was professional from start to finish and his attention to detail was EXCELLENT!! I will hire Coastal Concierge and Ron again for other projects. Good guy, fair price and superior work. From the first phone call for an estimate to the finishing touch on our deck this company was A1. We had a new composite deck (Trex) installed and a ramp for our aging dog who cannot do stairs. This company is the epitome of professionalism. There was constant communication, they showed up when they said they would, made suggestions, and came everyday until the job was done. There was no job hopping that some companies do. The workmanship and quality of work was excellent. All of the materials used were of high quality. And Ron is a genuinely nice, decent and sincere person who cares about the finished product.

Ron replaced our worn out pressure treated decks and entry stairs. He is meticulous in his work, and in the care he took of our home. He had to carry material up 2 flights of stairs and through our home to get to the decks and did it without causing any damage. Our decks and stairs look beautiful and I am delighted to have found a craftsman to help us with future repairs.

We are in the process of building a house and needed some work done outside the scope of our general contractor. We were fortunate enough to hire with this company. Originally, the work was to assist us in setting several large landscape boulders, pouring a concrete ramp for our dogs to use, and grading and preparing our lot for sod. But we have continued to use this company on several other projects around our house. They have had to work on our granite counter tops, installed a sliding barn door, poured a concrete front porch and sidewalk, and widen our driveway just to name a few things. They communicate very well with you explaining the process of what they are doing as well as keeping you informed of the progress. They do a very good job and get it right the first time. We would recommend this company to anyone for any project.

Great experience working with this company. Our old deck now looks new and we love it ! Our deck had the old wood rotting on it. We decided to go with Trex (composite decking wood). Ron, from Coastal Concierge recommended going with 2 colors which was a great idea. We have a large wrap around deck with two sets of stairs that was done with the Trex. We had our existing rail repainted which was also excellently done. He replaced the lattice also. With great attention to detail, knowing what the customers wants, adding great ideas and fair pricing, we highly recommend Coastal Concierge. Our neighbors liked our deck so much they have hired Ron from Coastal Concierge to redo theirs. We also have other projects that we would like him to do, so we are hoping to see him back here in the near future. Excellent job, Thanks!

They are doing remodeling of my bathroom. There is carpentry, granite work, tiling, and they are able to do it all.
