project just started but so far seems to be a excellent contractor.

His subs were not very good, especially electrical sub. Grading around shop is inadequate, shop floods in heavy rain. I will put in drains and a French drain which will correct the problem. Basic building is decent construction and looks very good.

We found Ken very easy to work with and his crew and subs were professional. As my garage was built to be a woodshop we had to alter some details as we went along, but everything worked out fine. Thanks, Ken.

We did not buy the house that required a bigger garage, but we hired this builder for the house that we did purchased that needed remodeling. They are good men, but from the start they always seem to busy with other projects and lacked good communication and attention to detail. Unfortunately we had to hire another contractor to fix and finish the remodeling of our house.

Very professional and accommodating. His work is and was excellent. We would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about home improvements.
