Larry immediately pinpointed and fixed the recurring problem I had been having with my unit - and did so even before the other company finally got back to me. It turned out to be the drain line hadn't been pitched properly when installed. Also, Larry told me I've been using the wrong size filter, and installed a correct one for me. Again, that dang company that installed the unit (LP??) never once told me it took an irregular size, and their techs were out here several times putting in the filters I provided. They sure lost me as a customer...and you better believe I will spread the word about how good Larry Trost is. Bottom line: great company - unbeatable customer service - excellent price - prompt and reliable - customer for life!!! Plus, when you use them, they won't try to upswell you like so many others do.
