He completed the work in the time frame promised, including the recommendation and installation of a germicidal unit inside the air handler. This would be of great help in the improvement of air quality inside the home, as well as prolong system life. Ken cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed."

"He came over and inspected the system, outside and in and took the appropriate temperature readings. He removed the grate and removed my son's word cards returning them to me. He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat. Very trustworthy guy. Will be using again!
