"We purchased a Big Deal from DJ Electric for $725 for the installation of a transfer switch.  They were nice enough to send someone out to our house before we bought the coupon to make sure we could safely connect our (fairly old) electrical panel to the transfer switch.  Russell from DJ Electric came out this morning to install the transfer switch, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.  He was professional and friendly and did a great job.
Our experience with DJ Electric was great from beginning to end.  Angela at their office was very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered, and Russell did a fantastic job during the installation.   Happily, there weren't any loopholes attached to the coupon, and we really did get a turnkey transfer switch fully-installed for only $725 as promised.  We would definitely use them again.
