"Extremely professional and thorough.  Before he began work he explained what he would do, how he would do it,.
He called the evening prior to the initial appointment and explained that a power cord on his equipment had failed and the wrong part had been shipped to him.  The second appointment was kept and he did have a newly replaced part on his machine.
The only complaint I have is that he would not stop calling me "Sir".
