The repairman, Armando, was prompt to respond and arrived to the appointment on time. Not all repairs require the same level of expertise and my repair was especially complex, as it involved two GE Monogram units - a stand-alone refrigerator and a stand-alone freezer. Using car repair as a comparison would be to compare the repair of a Chevrolet to the repair of two 20 year-old Ferraris. Armando got the units to work properly and now they respectively freeze and refrigerate within the manufacturer's ranges. Armando also followed up to ensure all worked well. I would recommend him.

My problem was water was entering my dryer and he did not know how to fix lt. I told him that before he came to the house. He should asked me more information. I paid him $59.00 for nothing. I am very upset with this service. Thanks.

Pleasant, professional, explained problem and gave options. Nicholas was straight to the point with the problem. I felt he knew what he was doing and was honest about my washer. Alice, office manager was very nice and helpful with setting up soonest appt.

Armando was great; what he originally came out for wasn't really an issue. Needed him to adjust the gas regulator and he said that it wasn't necessary, and he showed me how to use the gas stove for simmering. He ended up replacing the bulb in the oven and showed me how the Miele range hood works. He was pleasant, professional and price for services performed were very reasonable.
