Bryam and Johnny were unbelievably professional. They were on time (early) and did a great job explaining what was going on. The price was fair. Would definitely hire them again.

Brian arrived on time and was very professional, explaining everything up-front, did excellent work replacing the kitchen faucet and cleaned up when the job was complete. He was informative and polite and I'll be keeping his number for all of my future plumbing issues.

Johnny did an excellent job at my condo this Saturday afternoon. Johnny replaced my old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal. And, Johnny replaced my old kitchen faucet with a new kitchen faucet. I am very satisfied with his work. And, recommend him.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your company. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and costly due to what I believe was negligence and misinformation on your part. Initially, I was informed that I had two leaking pipes. I agreed to have both the pipes and two toilets repaired. When your technicians arrived, they claimed to have fixed the issues. However, shortly after they left, I noticed water leaking from the same pipes they were supposed to have repaired. When I called to report the issue, I was asked by a technician named Justin whether I had taken a shower, and he said he would have to check with his boss. The uncertainty in his response gave me no confidence that they knew what they were doing or if they would even return. About an hour later, they did return and attempted to fix the pipes again. After they left, I used the sink and discovered water coming from underneath the toilet. I called the number provided and asked to speak to a manager or the owner. The woman who answered the phone sounded half-asleep, and there were children heard in the background. She told me someone would return my call. Eventually, the technicians returned and claimed the leak was due to a missing toilet flange. I found this strange, as the same two technicians had just installed the toilet and never mentioned that a flange was missing. I explained that I never had an issue until they worked on it. Despite this, they gave me another bill for $1,000, which I told them I couldn t afford. Thankfully, I contacted another licensed plumber for a second opinion. He inspected the system and found that the pipes were still leaking and the toilet did have a flange. The real issue, according to him, was that there were roots in the pipes not a missing flange. He cleared the roots, fixed the actual problem, and confirmed that the previous explanations given to me by your technicians were inaccurate. This entire ordeal has been unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. I was misled about the nature of the problem, billed for work that did not fix the issue, and forced to hire another professional to correct the mistakes made by your team. I am requesting a full explanation of how this situation was handled, and I would appreciate being contacted by someone in management who can address this properly. I also believe I am owed a refund for the inaccurate and ineffective service I was given.

Today I had the luxury of talking to the manager Justin, I called with a few questions on about the second ring they answered and Justin informed me he would schedule me same day, he personally arrived to do the repairs himself. He treated my house like his own down to the boot covers which I liked a lot and don’t think I really seen any other repairmen use in my home before. I will be using this company again and forsure will be asking for Justin!

Justin came to my house to do repairs he not only fixed the issue but educated me on plumbing as well so I can maintence my home properly in the future. I will be calling him again for any repairs needed in my home.

While work was being done at my home I had a few questions about the job and instead of responding over the phone, the manager Justin showed up and helped me understand my situation in a way that made me feel much safer and gave me some confidence to feel I may be able to at least diagnose the issue myself next time.

Bryam was extremely professional and I highly recommend him! He is honest, which is a hard trait to come by in South Florida.
