"I called Green’s Environmental Services because they had amazing ratings on Angie’s List. I thought it might have been a really long time since the septic tank had been pumped out, and with the toilets having issues, I needed help quickly. They came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything with no attempts to upsell unnecessarily. "We dealt directly with Steve. He 100% knows what he's doing. The city hires him for all kinds of things. We checked out quite a few competitors for water softener prices. Really no comparison. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. "I don’t recall any troubles with scheduling. He was unable to complete the work on what we had wanted to have him do. We didn’t have the correct components to install a new sink in at the time. He was able to install the new toilet insides as I had all of the parts available for him. The plumber did share his disappointment in how there was some facts left out of the fine print for the Big Deal. We liked him and would consider hiring him again."
