The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. We have 2.5 acres and a 10-zone system that is 18 years old.  I knew we had a lot of water leakage and rotors that might need replacing, not just adjusting.  They went about marking all zones and sprinklers, gave me a quote for identified repairs.  The price was a little high, but I went ahead and had them proceed with the repairs which took most of the day.  I had already purchased gear-driven rotor heads (Hunter PGP) which the technician used as needed which was very nice.  They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.   Overall job was very good and I am glad I called them.

I would definitely use them again for services and will need to have an additional zone added (split a current zone into 2 separate ones).   We retired and I can usually handle the small day to day requirements for our current system.  But having a scheduled maintenance contract seems to be ideal and I would definitely use Tom and his company again.
