"Called them this morning about 8:30 AM and told the office we heard gurgling from the toilets when taking a shower. The office person said the likely cause was a clogged septic tank filter. The office said their crews were really backed up and they likely couldn't arrive until tomorrow. At about 11:00 AM the office called and said someone cancelled and they would arrive today, The crew arrived around 12 noon and uncovered the access covers to the septic tank, cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. Jay and Moe did a great job. Jay provided a recommendation for a different type septic tank filter that won't clog up as quickly. Jay said to buy it from Amazon and they (Green's Crew) could install it the next time the tank is pumped.
