"Spoke with Ben on the phone. He was very courteous and helpful. Scheduled my bathtub refinish. Bruno came the next week and made our old tub look amazing. He sanded it and put on new coats of paint. He was very helpful with instructions on how to care for our "new" tub. Bruno was also very courteous and nice. Someone you can trust to have in your home. The price was really great. I was so glad we didn't tear it out but instead refinished it. I highly recommend Pure Finish. You can tell they really care. Thank you for the great work Bruno!"

The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! "The job was to replace the tub with a shower and glass doors. Wendell and Aaron were very professional. They arrive on time, ready to work, very pleasant, nice. This guys work so hard, they work all day and they finished in one day, they was very careful with their tools and such at the house. They did an amazing job. It looks so nice. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
