I had damage from a water leak in my kitchen and master bath areas. Dylan from Restorease came quickly to give me an estimate to assess the water and mold damage. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my situation, and he immediately made me feel at ease about the process of dealing with the damage. He and his crew were able to start containing and addressing the damage right away, removing necessary materials, and drying out the entire area. Dylan and his entire crew were so diligent, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, any time I had any concerns along the way, Dylan was able to quickly fit me into his schedule to come by, call, or text. Late on a Sunday evening, my A/C shut-off switch did not trip and the water flooded my foyer as well as seeped into guest bedroom and guest bathroom. Dylan Robertson from "Moldease" called me quickly and wasted no time in coming to my home to take off the baseboards and use a dehumidifier plus two commercial fans to dry up the house in 1-1/2 days. He was very thorough by spraying for mold, taping the doorway into the main house with plastic, and covering exposed furniture before starting his work. He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him again.

This is a family owned business that treats its employees very well. Everyone from Brian, one of the owners, to the receptionist and technicians was extremely courteous, patient and kind. When doing the mold remediation, I felt safe and secure that they were following the proper protocol and not risking my health or damaging my house. They made a distressing experience much less unpleasant for me. I would definitely use them again, if I had more mold issues.

Brian gave a written estimate to address the findings and recommendations in a Mold Test Report, and adjusted the invoice to cover only the work done, plus the work is guaranteed, and the job cost me less than two other bids—nice! He and his team were very professional and trustworthy, worked a schedule around necessary plumbing work, and removed and disposed all walls and furnishings that had mold—it smells great in my house now! I highly recommend Moldease!

Due to health problems we needed to know if our home was a contributing factor. Brian, from Moldease, inspected our home and determined that we had no indications of mold. He was professional and answered all of my questions (which were many). I highly recommend Moldease full service (detection, remediation, repair).
