JJ Quality Appliance is a Family-owned business that strives to provide the TOP solution for Central Florida's appliance repair needs. "Overall it was terrable. He (Jacob) came out on 3‐14 to check our frig. He said he'd order the part and be back when it came in. Usually the next day. I càlled on 3-18 to check on part. She said that he forgot to order the part and that she would. Since it was ordered on Fridaÿ it wouldn't be in untill Monday or Tuesday. When it finally came in they schulded fot that Saturday. He installed the part but still no water dispenced. He took out filter and inserted a new one still no water. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong but unplug it to see if it was frozen inside of the the door. Otherwise they would have to send out some one else and there would be another service call fee. He then left. As soon as he left the water started leaking out all over the kitchen floor. It now makes a god awful noise from who knows what!! Never made the noise before! After 3 days of calling I shut the water off and am still waiting for them to call as they said they would. So the story continues! And I am still waiting!"
